Our downloadable test kit will provide you with the directions to collect blood samples from your chicken(s), how to package and ship them, and next steps once we recieve your samples.

Included in the DIY kit price:
-Printable directions for proper sample collection and packaging/labeling
-Printable sample sheets
-Submission sheet
-Package price includes the cost for testing the samples you supply. 
-Notifications: when your kit is received by our lab, and emailed results of the test(s)

Please note- you will need to package and ship your samples to us on your own. You will not recieve anything in the mail from us when you choose this option.

If you require more than 15 birds to be tested with the DIY kits, you may order multiple times to generate unique order reference numbers or contact us to send you an invoice.

Please note- alternatively, you do not need to order and pay for testing online. If you download the sample collection instructions and sample submission sheets, you can mail them to us with payment and samples included or email us at info@affordableavian.com to request an invoice be emailed to you, you may then mail your samples in on your own.

NO TESTING WILL BE COMPLETED before payment is received in full.
